Adam McLarney, BS, MHA(c),
DIRECTOR
Adam has over 14 years of healthcare consulting experience specializing in operational
efficiencies, patient throughput, labor optimization and cost management. Throughout his
career, he has been recruited to lead complex, high profile performance and cost improvement engagements, leveraging people, processes and technology. Additionally, he has provided leadership in many areas including: project management, consultant development, opportunity assessment, sales and client relationship management.
Prior to joining Blue Jay Consulting, Adam held leadership positions as a Director for Aspen Healthcare Metrics and as a Regional Project Manager for Cardinal Health. His primary responsibilities included delivery of operational improvements for hospitals in areas such as emergency, surgical services, radiology and laboratory. He also has experience in supply chain management and healthcare information systems implementation.
Recognized for consistently exceeding client expectations, Adam brings a wealth of hands-on
experience to organizations looking to improve operational and financial performance and
enhance quality and service.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Healthcare Administration program at Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
